Zac Komur

Chief Executive Officer

Zac has over 23 years of experience in the resources sector and is a passionate leader with expertise spanning mine development, project delivery, commercialisation, commissioning, startups, mining, and mineral processing operations across various commodities.

These include iron ore, nickel, cobalt, lithium, and battery cathode active material production. He has held senior management positions with BHP, Fortescue, and Northvolt, where he played a pivotal role in the start-up of Europe’s first Gigafactory in Sweden.

Zac’s work has covered diverse geographies such as Australia, South Korea, Africa, Sweden, Portugal, and Brazil. This rich international exposure underscores his adaptability and offers a comprehensive view of the global landscape in the resources sector.

Zac holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (1st Class Hons), a Bachelor of Chemistry and a Masters of Business Administration.

Raymond Chen

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Raymond Chen is a seasoned financial professional with more than a decade of expertise working with both ASX listed and private enterprises. His extensive background encompasses financial management, control, planning, and analysis.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr Chen held senior positions at prominent ASX listed firms including Iluka Resources Ltd (ASX: ILU) and NRW Holdings Ltd (ASX: NRW). He also contributed his skills to unlisted entities like Harmony Agriculture and Food Company Pty Ltd, as well as with KPMG’s audit division.

Robert Martin

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Robert Martin is a commercial businessman with over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors including, mining, manufacturing, mining services and capital markets.

Mr Martin previously operated a highly successful global mining services company which became a leading provider of products and services to the mining industry. Mr Martin now runs a family office in Western Australia with a focus on investing and supporting emerging private and public businesses and currently holds the positions of Non-Executive Chairman at ASX-listed Critical Resources Limited (ASX: CRR) and Non-Executive Director at Pathfinder Resources Limited (ASX:PF1) and Parkd Limited (ASX: PKD).

Agha Shahzad Pervez

NON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Pervez is an experienced Company Director, CFO and Company Secretary, with over 13 years’ experience working with ASX listed companies.

Mr Pervez currently holds a role of Executive Chairman of Viridis Mining and Minerals Ltd (ASX: VMM) and Non-Executive Director of Pioneer Lithium Limited (ASX: PLN). Previously, Mr Pervez was Chief Financial Officer of Battery Age Mineral and also held numerals roles at Resonance Health Limited (ASX: RHT) including CFO and Company Secretary.

MING TSEN (VINCENT) CHYE

Non-Executive Director

Mr Chye is an experienced corporate development executive with over 17 years’ experience working with ASX and internationally listed companies including CITIC Ltd, Wesfarmers Ltd and Ernst & Young.

Mr Chye is currently responsible for WA corporate development for an ASX100 listed energy company with a focus on strategic decarbonisation, renewable, firming and energy storage projects. In addition to extensive experience in acquisitions and equity capital markets, Mr Chye has specific expertise in the development of greenfield mining, processing, and logistics in the bulk minerals sector.

Harry Spindler

Company Secretary

Mr. Harry Spindler is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience, having held various company secretary positions and been involved with several public company listings, merger and acquisition transactions and capital raisings for ASX-listed companies across a diverse range of industries over the past 22 years.

Mr Spindler is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
