Mr Pervez currently holds the role of Executive Chairman for Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (ASX:VMM) and Chief Financial Officer for Battery Age Minerals Limited (ASX: BM8) and previously held the roles of CFO and Company Secretary at Resonance Health Limited (ASX: RHT).  Mr Pervez was instrumental in the corporate restructuring of RHT in 2017 and contributed to the significant growth of RHT’s market capitalisation during his tenure.
